1. The Premises will be made available for May the 16^th and May the 17^th
    
2. I confirm that we will own the entire copyright and all other rights in the films, photographs and recordings made at the location.
    
3. We shall have no obligation to use the material that we film at the Premises in the Film.
    
4. We shall ensure that the Premises are left in good order after use.  We agree that we shall be responsible for any loss or damage directly arising from our use of the Premises.
    
5. We agree to provide you with an on screen credit in the Film.
